MET-SD has a newly developed closed-loop automatic tension adjustment function. The actual tension can always be kept consistent with the pre-set tension.

The operation is simple, the display is intuitive, high precision tension control; extremely fast feedback system tracks the changes in wire travel speed and measure tension in real time; and adjust the output tension accordingly. MET-SD provides multi-stage tension alarm setting, also allows remote setting from winding machine’s PLC.
