Introduction
The hammer crusher (hammer mill) crushes by the collisions between high-speed hammer and materials, and the hammmer crusher(hammer mill) features are its simple structure, high reduction ratio, high efficiency, ect. The PC series hammer crusher were developed for both dry and wet crushing of brittle, medium-hard materials for the mining, cement, coal, metallurgic, construction material, road building and petroleum & chemical industries. The material discharge size can be adjusted by change the gap of the gridscreen, to meet the different needs of different needs of different users. Heavy hammer crusher can be directly used for material crushing without initial crushing.
Working principle
When the materials get into the working area of hammers, the rotating hammers with high rotation speed will crush them, and the products which are crushed to meet the required size can be discharged by the outlet and become the final products, then the large size products are brought back to the crushing area by the hammers for being re-crushed until they reach the required size.

Working principle

Main features
1. Large feed size and high crushing chamber are suitable to crush hard and big materials.
2.Space between impact plates and hammers can be adjusted conveniently, so the shape and size of final product can be controlled.
3.High crushing ratio. The crushing ratio ranges from 10mm to 25 mm or even higher to 50mm.
4.The military high strength artillery steel spindle is designed with vacuum duplex which increases the strength by 3-4 times.
