Product overview, features and applications:

Mainly deep cooling fruits and vegetables, low down the food center temperature to about 10-15 ℃.

The ice-water pre-cooler is composed of an ice-water cooling tank and a conveying tank.Vertical pipe pump circulation flow heat exchange is adopted, and a set of stainless steel seamless pipe heat exchange serpentine coils (evaporative row pipes) are equipped in the cooling tank. The transmission adopts cycloidal gear reducer, and the cooling time is adjusted by frequency conversion.

In addition to reducer, electrical components and other standard parts,others are made of SUS304 stainless steel, which makes the equipment durable, stable and reliable in performance, and has advantages of simple operation, easy maintenance, low energy consumption and labor saving.Also reduces the production cost and improves the freezing efficiency.
