HZ-130YY Rotary Drilling Rig increases the displacement slideway of drilling rig on the basis of common drilling machine, which can realize rapid replacement of drilling tools and improve work efficiency and reduce labor intensity.
2.Application range of HZ-130YY Hydraulic Rotary Drilling Rig
a. This is Rotary Drilling Rig suitable for drilling of well drilling, survey exploration, geophysical exploration, road and building exploration, and drilling blasting holes.
b. Drilling bits can be drilled according to the different substrate, such as alloy, diamond and composite.
c. 2-9 grades of sandy clay and rock.
3.Main characteristics of HZ-130YY Hydraulic Rotary Drilling Rig
a. The automatic feed mechanism with oil pressure can improve the drilling efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of the workers.
b. The ball card holding mechanism is used instead of the chuck, which can be operated without stopping the rod, and the operation is convenient and safe and reliable.
c. Hoist installation holder, forming structure of double support wheel, can withstand strong impact
d. Four groups of bearings are located in the vertical shaft box to ensure that the gyration is rigid enough to cope with the complicated geological conditions such as the gravel layer, the pebble layer and so on.
This machine adopts the conical clutch of national patent technology, which has the prominent characteristics of large transmission torque, convenient operation and no maintenance.
