1.Brief introduction of YQZ-50B hydraulic core drilling rig
The YQZ-50B hydraulic core drilling rig with diesel engine is suitable for geological drilling in complex terrain such as mountains, hills, river courses, engineering geological investigation of buildings, drilling of blasting holes and so on. To meet the needs of different users, the rig can be equipped with one of three kinds of power : diesel engine, gasoline engine and electric motor. And the default is diesel power.
2.Features of YQZ-50B hydraulic core drilling rig
The hydraulic core drilling rig is compact in structure, small in size and light in weight. YQZ-50B hydraulic core drilling rig can also be quickly disassemble, is more convenient to transport especially suitable for mountainous and hilly complex terrain work.
Compared with similar products, the hydraulic core drilling rig is equipped with dual cylinder hydraulic feed system with high drilling speed and high efficiency.
The operation panel of this type of hydraulic core drilling rig is equipped with the pressure gauge of the bottom of the hole to indicate the pressure in the hole, and the operator can make the adjustment according to the different terrain conditions.
The hydraulic core drilling rig is equipped with a high-performance 4 gear shift system. It is convenient for operators to freely adjust the positive rotation speed according to the geological conditions. In addition, it also has an ultra slow reverse gear, which is convenient for operators to remove drill pipe drill tools.
This type of hydraulic core drilling rig is equipped with automatic hoisting and lifting system, combined with tower, which greatly saves labor intensity and improves work efficiency.
The hydraulic core drilling rig is equipped with a ball clip clamping mechanism and a six party active Drilling Pipe, which can realize the non stopping of the pole, and the efficiency is high, and the safety is reliable.
