Fuel injection pump test stand is a special equipment for testing, adjusting and maintaining the fuel injection pump of diesel engine.

Characteristics:

1.    Variable frequency speed regulation;

2.    Small deceleration and large output torque;

4.    Overvoltage protection, overload protection and short-circuit protection;

5.    Ten kinds of rotation speeds presetting;

Function:

1.    Measuring each cylinder’s injected oil quantity at various rotation speeds;

2.    Checking each cylinder’s injection time statically;

3.    Checking the mechanical speed governor;

4.    Checking the electromagnetic valve of distribution pumps;

5.    Checking the pneumatic speed governor’s performance;

6.    Checking the pressure compensator’s performance;

7.    Measuring the returned oil quantity of distribution pumps;

8.    Measuring the internal pressure of the distribution pump body;

9.    Checking the pneumatic speed governor’ s vacuum performance;

10.  Measuring rack travel;

11.  Checking the sealing of fuel injection pump body.
