vacuum oven is temperature control equipment with heating and vacuum control. Principle 

Vacuum ovens transfer actual temperature detected from temperature sensor into signal, though microcomputer controls heater to reach needed temperature, manually controls the vacuum pump and observe vacuum meter to reach needed vacuum degree

Matters needing attention

When you start the machine for the first time or the machine works in the environment with a large temperature change (greater than 20℃), you must start the self-setting function.

1. In the process of equipment self-setting, the continuity of the power supply must be maintained and the interference of the power grid to the equipment must be minimized, otherwise the self-setting must be restarted.

2. Start the self-setting function after starting the machine. After constant temperature, it is found that some fluctuations can't meet your requirements. Then you choose to open the self-setting when you are close to the temperature you need, which is likely to meet your requirements.

3. In the case of great disturbance, the method of self-tuning can be used for many times to check the rationality of parameters after setting. Select correction, you can inquire to this unit separately.

4. When the required operating temperature is low, can be used to set the second way, such as the required operating temperature of 100℃, the first time can be set 80℃, isothermal over the impact began to fall, and then the second set of 100℃, this can reduce or even eliminate the temperature overimpact phenomenon, as soon as possible into the state of constant temperature.

5. According to different drying objects, different degrees of humidity, choose different drying time, such as the drying time is longer, the vacuum degree decreases, need to pump again to restore the vacuum degree, should first open the vacuum pump motor switch, then open the vacuum valve.

6. After drying, first press the power switch "O", rotate the discharge valve, remove the vacuum state in the box, then open the box door and take out the items. (after the vacuum is removed, it is not easy to open the door immediately because of the tightness deformation between the sealing ring and the glass door. Please wait for a moment until the sealing ring is restored to its original shape to facilitate the opening of the door.)

7. The case must be grounded to ensure safe operation.

8. When the vacuum box does not need continuous pumping, close the vacuum valve first, and then close the power supply of the vacuum pump motor, otherwise the vacuum pump oil is easy to pour into the box.

9. When taking out the processed items, such as flammable items, must wait for the temperature to cool below the point of ignition, can be put into the air, to avoid oxidation reaction caused by combustion.

10. There is no explosion-proof device in the real empty box.

11. It is best to bond the filter between the box and the vacuum pump to prevent the wet body from entering the vacuum pump.

12. Do not open the side door without maintenance to avoid damaging the electrical system.
