Application range
This high-temperature air blast drying oven is used in the medical treatment unit, industry and mining enterprise, universities and colleges and scientific research for drying, melting wax, sterilizing and disinfecting. don’t use it to dry any volatile, inflammable and explosive items.
Matters needing attention
1. Before powering on, please make sure the switch is set on the "off" file to check whether there is a circuit break or leakage.
2, because the first heating process will have a slight smoke, so before the formal use, suggest don't put the sample first, close the door, unscrews the cap exhaust cover, open the power switch, the temperature controller is set at 100 ℃ when heated up in the oven, and so on up to 100 ℃, the temperature control device, automatic constant temperature, can cut off power supply, after the door is opened heat and smoke.
3. When in formal use, first put the sample on the shelf, close the box door, unscrew the exhaust cap of the box top, connect the power supply, open the power switch and set the temperature controller at the required temperature. At this point, the temperature in the box starts to rise until the set temperature value is constant.
4. During use, the sample should not be placed too tightly to avoid affecting the convection in the box. When placing the cabinet, please make the cabinet effectively grounded according to the regulations to ensure safe use. Do not touch the electrical circuit on the left side of the cabinet with hands or wet cloth when electrifying.
