Molybdenum boats (molybdenum carriers) are made by rolled molybdenum plate with the excellent performance of strength and high temperature resistance. This molybdenum carrier is orderly and tidily profiled and well welded, in order to ensure the boat having a best lifetime under the condition of high temperature or low temperature and great stress.
Molybdenum boat is made through bending, folding, riveting, welding, and pressing with different materials like pure molybdenum or TZM molybdenum alloy. The sizes we offer is (10-500)×(10-300)×(50-1000)L×(0.3-30 mm) thk and we can also manufacture this molybdenum carrier based on customers' drawings or requirements.
Application
Molybdenum boat can be applied in many industries such as metal evaporation deposition, electron splash, high-temperature furnace, ceramic or tungsten alloy sintering industry, sinter annealing in reduced atmosphere of vacuum coating industry and nuclear fuel processing, etc. Our technology can reach the domestic advanced level and provide high quality boats and carriers with high corrosion resistance and high creep resistance.
