Product Description
XK-160 Open type two roll mixing mill is used for mixing rubber compound & making rubber sheets.
Introduction of open mill:A rubber compounding machine with exposed rollers used in rubber factories to prepare plasticating compounds, compound rubbers, or perform hot-warming and sheeting.The main working parts are two opposite-direction inwardly rotating hollow or drilling rollers. The device is called the front roller on the operator's side. It can be moved horizontally back and forth by manual or electrical action to adjust the roller distance to meet the operating requirements. The rear roller is fixed and cannot be moved back and forth. The two rollers are generally the same size and each rotates at different speeds. The raw rubber or rubber material is rolled into the gap between the two rollers with the rotation of the rollers, and is strongly sheared to achieve the purpose of plasticizing or mixing.

Roller bearings |
Rolling bearings are used at both ends of the roller. They are fixed in the bearing housings which are made of gray cast iron with high density and no leakage. Equipped with manual grease pump, lubricated with lithium-based grease, simple structure and convenient maintenance. |

Hardened reducer with twin input&twin output shafts, smooth transmission, good wear resistance, low noise and long service life. |
