Description

High pressure welding flow nozzle assembly. In the process of flow measurement, when the fluid flows through the probe, a pressure swirl body layout area is generated in the front part of the flow measurement device. The flow sensor recirculates the direction of the fluid and the back of the pipe, so that the pressure of each point of the fluid can guide the sensor in the pipe on an average. The difference between the forward and back pressure forms an average difference of △p, and the signal is converted into a DC signal through a transmitter. The standard 4-20mA is used to collect and process these characteristic parameters effectively by intelligent instrument. The flow value flowing through the pipeline is calculated accurately, and the value is sent to the upper computer for processing. At the same time, the flow rate can be recorded effectively.

There are two types of flow measurement devices: weldability flow measurement device and flange flow measurement device. Weldable flow measurement device is mainly used for high pressure steam and water pipeline (gas holding and water supply), including LCP long diameter nozzle series, welding flow nozzle assembly and welding flow orifice plate assembly. Flange flow measurement device is mainly used for medium and low steam and water pipeline, including flow measurement orifice plate butt welding flange assembly.

Function 

Nozzle flowmeter is a differential pressure generating device for measuring flow. It can measure the flow of various fluids in pipeline with various differential pressure meters or differential pressure transmitters. Standard nozzle throttling device is used with differential pressure transmitter to measure the flow of liquid, steam and gas. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, electric power, light industry and other departments.
