Automatic Detergent Filling Machine Filling Production Line

Features:          

1.    Adopts Siemens PLC programming control and Siemens Servo motor to drive the double screw drive mechanism to ensure high precision of piston stroke and realize accurate filling volume.

2.    Adopts Siemens servo system to drive the filling valve to the bottom position of the bottles to start filling. With the variable speed lifting function to reduce the foaming and to avoid the material overflowing from the bottles. 

3.    Each Filling valve has a separate controller. The top valve of the filling head will be closed to prevent the material leakage.

4.    Equipped with liquid level detection device to control the liquid level. With the function of preventing ultra-high and ultra-low liquid level detection.

5.    The whole machine adopts full-automatic control system. If there is no bottle input, the filling will not work. If the bottle movement is not stable, the moving will be suspended automatically. The linkage function can be realized with the next step equipment.

6.    Material contact surface material: SUS316L, Sanitary pipes. And all connection parts are using quick connectors.  

7.    Material tank is made of SUS316L material, equipped with liquid level controller and rotary spray ball. The outlet of the material tank is equipped with manual butterfly valve for easy cleaning.
