Overview:
This product is suitable for filling liquid or semi-fluid products in the daily chemicals industry. Food, pharmaceutical and other industries can also use this product for filling operations.
This product combines the process of filling, conveying and controlling in one unit. Controlled by servo motor and operated on touch screen, the equipment will reach a high productivity and display all output automatically.
The machine is designed with sensor system to cut off the filling while there is no bottle input or the filling nozzles touch the bottle mouth.
Features:
l Apply to fill liquid, toner, cream, lotion, shampoo, detergent and other materials
l Adopts servo system to control the filling volume and accuracy
l Adopts servo system to control the filling speed and filling nozzle inserted
l Double filling lines work independently to increase production speed.
l Use PU belt conveyor for easier cleaning.
l Adopts photoelectric to control the absence of bottles.
l Easy to disassemble the material contact parts for clean
