Feature Description:
The fermentation tanks make by ZYBREW use top class stainless steel, can be SUS304, 304L or 316L, surface treatment can be 2B or precise polish or mirror polished.
All fittings installed with tanks using top brand in China or brand from Germany or other countries.
The inside surface treatment is more important for us, it is priority to make sure the inside surface is under guarantee of qualified beer.
Capacity range: 5HL-300HL or 5BBL-300BBL
Details:
● Domed top and cone bottom cone, cone angle: 60-90 degree
● With 25% head space for fermenation
● Wall thickness: 3-4mm, depending on tank size
● Pressure: 2-3 bar / 15-30PSI
● Dimple plate cooling jacket, cylinder and bottom cooled, Polyurethane insulation
● Four adjustable legs, with leg bolts
● Diaphragm pressure gauge with CIP arm
● Top: with CIP arm, breathe valve, optional dry hopping port
● Cylinder: Glycol inlet / oulet, side manway, PT100 / 200, sample valve, level tube (optional)
● Bottom: Racking arm (optional), bottom beer / yeast outlet, glycol inlet / outlet, carbonation stone (optional)
● Connection size depends on tank size
Optional:
● PED certification
● Kieseman bunging valve
● Level tube, racking arm, carbonation unit
● Cat walks for bigger tank
