1.set-up time is minimized by use of electronic controls for setting wire pitch and stopping at the desired turns count.the operator only needs to enter this data and to set the winding width stops.

2.automatic wire guide traversing mechanism makes wire displacement synchronous with winding to ensure minimum gap between each turns.

3.flat wire decoiler with tension control offer precise variable air actuated tension and they reduce spool over spin when winding stops.tension force can be regulated from the operator control station.

4.Wire tension system for tension medium size round wire.

By utilizing a pneumatic dancer,the wire tension remains consistent and the wind quality uniform.

The tension head is mounted to a frame that provides for paying the wire off over the end of the supply roll or out of a barrel

5.Automatic insulation layer feeder.

6.rotate type square shaft,finished coil can be taken down easily.
