FFT high efficiency non-pressure flotation deinking machine is a closed tank structure, and consists of reaction device, air distribution device, self-cleaning device and ink separation device, etc. 

Mortar is imported into the reaction device from the enter port. then the overflow plate is mixed into the slurry through the air distribution device in the flotation zone. The aeration process produces a wide spectrum of micro bubbles to absorb ink and sticky particles of various sizes. The ink and light impurities attached to the bubbles enter the ink collection tank, pass through U-shaped slot and enter the ink tube to be discharged, the pulp is discharged from the discharge port after aeration through the air distribution area.
