The DPS120 series pressure type supervisory pressure switches shall be installed on system piping as designated on the drawing and/or as specified herein. Switched shall be provided with 1/2” NPT male pressure connection and to detect an increase and/or decrease from normal system pressure in automatic fire sprinkle system. Typical applications are: Wet pipe system with excess pressure, pressure tanks, air supplier and water supplier. The DPS120 series pressure switches are factory set for use in a normal 120psi system. The DPS120-1 is factory set to respond at 110psi at decreasing pressure and DPS120-2 is factory set to respond at 130psi at increasing pressure and 110psi at decreasing pressure.
• Maximum System Pressure: 300PSI (2.07MPa)
• Factory Setting: DPS120-1 operates at decreasing pressure at 110psi
DPS120-2 operates at increasing pressure at 130psi
and at decreasing pressure at 110psi
• Differential: Approximately 3psi@25psi, 8psi@175psi
• Maximum Adjustment Pressure Range: 25 to 175psi
• Contact Ratings: DPS40-1: One set SPDT (Form C)
DPS40-2: Two sets of SPDT (Form C)
10.1Amps at 125/250 VAC
2.0Amps at 24 VDC
• Operating Temperature Range: -40º F to 160ºF (-40ºC to 71ºC)
• Enclosure Rating: NEMA 4- suitable for indoor/outdoor use
