the septic tank is an ideal tank for toilet drain when there is no sewage system and construction chain which is suitable for toilet drain, houseshold,residence community application and supermarket or the hotel application.
Working Principle:
The first stage:Pre-fermentation chamber (Chamber 1#)
Function: Precipitate inorganic matters, Pre-anaerobic ferment, killing pathogens and viruses.
Useful Capacity: ≈0.2~0.83m3
Residence time:>20days
Flow Direction: Intermediate solution flows to Chamber 2#.
The second Stage:Fermentation chamber (Chamber 2#)
Function: Continue to precipitate and ferment, organic matter make further fermentation and decompose into ammonia NH3,methane CH4, etc. most of germs are killed in this chamber.
Useful Capacity: ≈0.1~0.42m3
Residence time:>10days
Flow Direction: Intermediate solution flows to Chamber 3#.
The Third Stage:Storage Chamber(Chamber 3#)
Function: Store decomposed manure, can be used as high-quality organic fertilizer.
Useful Capacity: ≈0.3~1.25m3
Residence time:>30days
