Instructions for use

 01. The hydraulic filter element is used in the hydraulic system to filter out particles and rubber impurities in the system to ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic system. The hydraulic oil must be filtered when refueling, and the refueling tools should be cleaned reliably. The filter at the filler opening of the hydraulic tank cannot be removed in order to increase the refueling speed. Fuelling personnel should use clean gloves and work clothes.

02. Ensure that the hydraulic oil is not used at high temperatures; the oil will quickly oxidize and deteriorate at high temperatures; the air filter on the hydraulic station must use a filter that can filter both particles and moisture; there are sold in the market;

03. The cleaning oil of the hydraulic system must be the same as the hydraulic oil used in the system. The oil temperature is between 45 ~ 80 ° C. Use a large flow to remove as much impurities as possible from the system. The hydraulic system should be repeatedly cleaned more than three times, and after the cleaning is completed, all the oil is released from the system while the oil is hot. Clean the filter after cleaning, and fill with new oil after replacing the new filter element.

Supplementary note: The filter element is originally a consumable, and it needs to be replaced immediately after it is usually blocked. Pay attention to the system's fuel tank and pipelines are flushed clean. When refueling, through the fueling device with a filter, do not let the oil in the fuel tank directly contact the air, and the old and new oils do not mix, it is still helpful to extend the life of the filter element.

Maintenance matters

01. Before replacing the original hydraulic oil, check the oil return filter, oil suction filter, pilot filter to see if there are iron filings, copper filings or other impurities. In some cases, there may be failure of the hydraulic components. After troubleshooting, Clean the system.

02. When changing the hydraulic oil, all hydraulic oil filters (return oil filter, suction filter, pilot filter) must be replaced at the same time, otherwise it is equivalent to not changing.

03. Distinguish the hydraulic oil label. Different types and different brands of hydraulic oil are not mixed, and may react to deteriorate and produce floc. It is recommended to use the specified oil for this excavator.

04. An oil suction filter must be installed before refueling. The nozzle covered by the oil suction filter directly leads to the main pump. If the impurities are light, the main pump will be accelerated and the pump will be pumped.

05. Refuel to the standard position. There is usually an oil level gauge on the hydraulic oil tank. See the liquid level gauge. Pay attention to the parking method. Generally, all the oil cylinders are retracted, that is, the forearm and bucket are fully extended and landed.

06. Pay attention to the main pump to exhaust air after refueling. Otherwise, the vehicle will be temporarily inactive for a while, the main pump will be abnormal (air squeaking), and the air pocket will damage the main pump. The method of exhausting air is to loosen the pipe joint directly on the top of the main pump and fill it directly.
