Peanut, also called groundnut, is one of most common oil seeds. A set of groundnut oil press machine can fulfil the aim to extract groundnut oil. But the residual oil rate is a little high. So if you want to set up a peanut oil processing plant (/index.php?u=show-1446.html), a set of groundnut oil press machine is not enough, you also need a series of peanut pretreatment machines.
The peanut pretreatment machines contain husking machine, kernel and shell separating machine, cleaning machine, crushing machine, flaking machine and cooking machine.
These machine can make the peanut clean and suitable for pressing requirement, so as to improve the oil yield. Every machine has its own function, next I will introduce it briefly for you.
1. Husking machine: The shell of peanut will affect the oil quality and oil yield. So in peanut oil processing plant, the husking machine is a necessary machine.
2. Peanut kernel and shell separator: It is used to separating peanut kernel and peanut shell.
3. Cleaning machine: There are three kinds: vibrational cleaning sieve, magnetic separator and destoner. They are mainly to clean the big impurities, like the stone, big dust, iron, etc.
4. Crushing machine: This machine is mainly to crush the peanut into 6-8 pieces, so as to make the flaking easily.
5. Flaking machine: After crushing, the flaking machine makes the cell wall of peanut broken. And flake the peanut to 0.55mm thickness.
6. Cooking machine: It used to control the moisture is at 5-7% and the temperature is about 110 -115 degree.
7. Pressing machine: Used to press preanut to get more than 76% peanut oil.
