KLB series Foot-step Long Auger Drilling Rig is a kind of drilling perfusion pile which could drill into the precast piles. This auger drilling machine has the good characteristics which are steady and reliable performance, convenient operation and maintenance, without vibration, without impingement, without noise and without pollution during construction. Auger drilling equipment could be self-installed and self-discharging and it is easy to move because of the Hydraulic Foot-Step system. When transporting, the upper frame will be folded back and the rotary drive do not need to dismantle. So it is widely used in all different projects.
Features of Auger drilling equipment:
1) It can finish the pile in one time, perfuse pile at site and also finish the operation of placing the steel cage. Efficiency, high quality and low cost are the main advantages of this machine.
2) Simple structure ensures flexible move, easy operation and convenience maintenance.
3) It is applicable for clay soil, silt and fill, etc. It can pile in different complicated geological conditions such as soft soil, draft sand formation, sand and gravel layers, with groundwater and so on. Besides, it can construct cast-in-place pile, hi-pressure grouting-pile, grouting ultra-fluidized pile, CFG composite pile, pedestal pile and other ways.
4) There is no vibration, noise and pollution during construction. It’s excellent equipment for infrastructure construction.
