567 Piping thread sealant features:
High temperature.
High viscosity,instant sealing.For sealing M80 or smaller.
Withstands temperatures up to 200'C and excellent solvent resistance,can sealing high pressure tapered pipe threads and fitings,can used on stainless steel surfaces.Disassembled with hand tools.
Use and storage:
1) Oil removal, clean and dry on the thread surface.
2) The thread standard (clearance, thread, screwing in more than 5 threads).Drop the glue in the external thread, the first thread can't glue, glue above 3 threads, screw in the tightening of specified torque, or the specified direction.
3) Fully cured by 24 hours, cure slowly below 15 ℃ and on inactive surface, use 7649 to accelerate curing.
4) Usually assembled with hand tools, 2 inches parts can be heated to 260 ℃ to remove.
Note: Should not be used on plastic, cannot be used for pure oxygen and rich oxygen sealing system.Tube need to keep enough oxygen to keep it liquid.
