Introduction
Shengyuan weaving belts f single weft and multi-layer warps are widely used in the corrugated board production lines. Our products are:
1.Enhanced high-speed corrugator belt with low noise JWSD: Suitable for average linear speed 300m/min
2.High-speed corrugator belt with low noise WSD-9G: Suitable for average linear speed 200m/min
3.Mid-speed corrugator belt WSD-10Z: Suitable for average linear speed 130m/min
4.High-speed corrugator belt with Kevlar(low noise) KWSD-95G: Applicable to the corrugating equipment which cardboard width is changed often
5.Traction belt/Stack belt QYD/WDD: Belt width (250-2000)mm
6.Pneumatic conveying belt: Belt width (200-3000)mm

Products Features
1.Tensile strength: warp direction (63-75)Mpa in dry mode
2.Heat resistance: raw materials are polyester synthetic fibers, softening point ≥260℃
3.Moisture absorption: quick absorption and emission of heat, therefore cardboard can be quickly dried
4.Air-permeability: up to 2.2m³/㎡ min, under 40mm water column pressure, through CCEP test
5.Seams: belt seam part is fabricated with imported steel fasteners and filled with rubber, flat surface, heat-resistance, fastness and non-marking
6.Suitability: suitable for all types of corrugators, various cardboards and some particular operation mode
7.Geometrical dimension: steady belt dimension, high weaving density, low stretching and contraction and good contact between belt surface and cardboard
8.Service life: as long as the same products imported abroad
