There are four kinds of mold equipment
Ⅰ
Mold Heating Furnace in Aluminum Extrusion
1. Reference dimension of mould furnace shape: 2500 *1300 *1600 (Length *Width *Height mm)
2. Reference dimension of die frame shape: 950 x 580 x 350 (Length x Width x Height mm)
3. The size of releasable dies is 160-200, and the number of releasable dies is 8-12 depending on the size of the dies
Ⅱ
Hydraulic Cylinder Shear Stripper Machine
Vertical hydraulic cylinder is used to cut the die head (hot shear) lifted from the extruder mouth, and transverse hydraulic cylinder is used to eject the die sleeve, so as to improve the recycling of scrap aluminium and facilitate the heat preservation of the die back to the furnace.

Hydraulic Clamping Machine
The equipment adopts vertical hydraulic cylinder to push the middle movable plate to press the die assembly in place, so as to reduce the working intensity of manual assembly hammering and pressing of the die, thereby greatly reducing the damage of hammering on the die.

Ⅳ
30t Die Redundant Machine
The equipment adopts vertical hydraulic cylinder to drive the middle movable plate, and uses ejector pin to punch out the waste aluminium of the die, so as to improve the recovery rate of the waste aluminium.
Machine Size(length*width*height):2500*1600*2600mm
Suitable for extruders below 2000T, and extruders above 2000T should be customized.
