Pneumatic Ceramic Double Gate Valve
Application
This valve is applicable to the installation of dust conveying pipelines such as thermal power generation, papermaking, steel, coal chemical industry and so on.
Suitable medium: Dry ash, dust, ash slag, etc.
This valve working pressure 0.6mpa-1.6mpa, working temperature lower than180℃, gas pressure 0.4mpa-0.6mpa
Performance
This valve is suitable for conveying pipeline as one of the effective valves for warehouse pump. The valve is designed with latest ZTA composite industrial ceramics, the hardness HRC higher than 90 has good toughness, which solves the problem of hard and brittle
When operation, the valve plate is automatically rotated with the upper and lower motion, the valve plate and gate is designed to improve the service life of the valve. The lower part of the valve is designed with a discharge slope and a purge hole device for the middle valve body.
It solves the problem of the ash blocking to guarantee the normal operation of the valve.
The nominal diameter of the valve is DN300,DN250, DN200
