HWRS6617-1 is a local heat-shrinkable tube heater. Designed for batch production, it can work continuously for 24 hours to process special products. Heater and conveyor can be used together to realize local heating of heat shrinkage pipe without damaging the line. By adjusting the speed manually, the speed of the conveyor belt is kept uniform. The vertical distance and parallel distance from the heating port to the conveyor belt can be adjusted, which is suitable for the heat shrinkage of different size components. It is suitable for users who have strict requirements on wire harness heating, and also for heating high temperature resistant Teflon heat shrinkable tubes.

It is equipped with overheating and overload protection and power-off protection device, which does not produce exhaust gas and conforms to environmental protection. It can operate 24 hours a year without interruption.
Selection of auxiliary conveyor
This machine can be used with auxiliary conveyor to heat and shrink shrinkage tubes of wire harness of any size.
