Installation of Climate Simulation Chamber
1. Remove packing material remove all packing material, open the box door and ventilate the equipment. If there is dust in the outer shell, inner door glass door, please use neutral detergent to remove the dust, and then clean the residual neutral detergent with clean water. Wipe with a wet cloth after cleaning, and then wipe with a dry cloth.
2. The bottom of the box is equipped with universal wheel. When moving in place, please lock the two brake pedals of the front wheel. If the ground is obviously uneven, users need to pad up until the box is placed smoothly.
3. This equipment USES an ac 220V/50Hz power supply, and there must be a reliable grounding wire in the power supply circuit to ensure the safety of users.
Daily use notice, maintenance and maintenance
A) the use of Climate Simulation Chamber must be reliably grounded. Improper grounding can lead to electric shock or fire.
B) make sure that the power plug is firmly plugged into the power board. If the plug is not tight and easy to come off, it may cause electric shock, overheating or equipment failure.
C) do not use it in the process. Pull out the power plug for not turning off the power switch of the equipment, so as to avoid fire caused by overheating and sparks.
D) try to avoid damaging the power cord or using non-designated power cord. To avoid equipment damage, electric shock and fire.
E) do not disconnect or use long cord in the middle of the power cord. Avoid electric shock or fire from overheating.
F) do not unplug the power cord with wet hands. Otherwise, there is the risk of electric shock.
G) do not change the set value frequently in use, so as to avoid overload caused by frequent startup of the compressor, which will affect the service life of the equipment.
H) tap water or other unclean water sources shall not be used in the water tank. Pure water, distilled water or other ultra-purified water is required. Otherwise, the humidification will not work properly, leading to equipment failure.
I) be sure to close the glass door before you close the door. If the internal door is not fully closed, the device may not function even if the door is closed. Please be careful when closing the inner and outer doors. Do not use excessive force to damage the door seal.
J) to ensure uniform temperature in the box, check whether the circulating fan in the box is in normal operation. During the experiment, the articles in the box should not be placed too close and do not block the air outlet of the fan, so as to facilitate the air circulation in the box.
K) do not touch, and collision with temperature and humidity sensors in the box will cause runaway temperature or humidity.
L) do not insert fingers, sticks or other foreign objects into the air supply or air inlet. To avoid damage of equipment or human injury caused by touching the fan in high speed operation.
M) in case of abnormal state (burning smell, etc.), the power shall be immediately turned off to terminate the operation of the equipment, or the power shall be disconnected by a circuit breaker. Abnormal state continues, will lead to overheating and fire or electric shock until the destruction of the machine.
N) do not make repairs without authorization. Incorrect repairs can cause a fire or electric shock.
