Features:

1. The machine is controlled by Mitsubishi PLC and Weinview touch screen, on which working parameters can be preset and operation status can be displayed.

2. Three YASKAWA Variable-frequency Drive and servo motors are used for linkage control with high speed and stable tension.

3. Using automatic hydraulic loading system,saving time and labour.The unwinder can stands 1500KG roll materials

4. Equipped splice table with pneumatic web clamps .

5. Independent servo control system is used for web control 

6. Equipped with SMC proportional valve and top reducing valve,the tightness of winding material can be well adjusted during the process of automatic tension of differential slip shaft.

7. All driving shafts are treated with dynamic/static balance to ensure the stability and accuracy of material transfer and slitting process

8. Using the encoder automatic meter counter device, when it reaches the preset length, the machine will automatically stop .

9. The waste is collected by movable 3 inch air shaft.

10. The machine's wallboard and parts are customized by CNC, which ensures the stability of the machine and the accuracy of slitting.

It is suitable for slitting and rewinding all kinds of plastic film(PVC，OPP，PET，CPP) ,paper,fiberglass, copper foil, aluminum foil ,label,non-woven fabric and other large roll materials.
