3-Axis Injection Molding Robot Supplier Offers 3-Axis Injection Molding Robot, Travel (Up & Down) 1500-3000mm, for Injection Molding Machine (650-3200 Ton).
Runma 1500-3000 Series Large Size three axis full servo traversing robot arm is applicable to all types of horizontal injection machine ranging from 600 to 3000T for products take-out.
Vertical arm is telescopic type, with product arm, for two plate mold products take out.
Crosswise type adopts open without frame design, X-, Y-, Z-axis are all driven by AC servo motor, also, B and C axis can be added; Meanwhile, it can stack up at any points at X, Y, Z directions, and cut the runner by scissors driven and inset or embed the accessory by the cylinder.
Compared with crosswise adopts frame type robot, this robot is not restricted by product size, particularly adapted to the product whose mold has a loose-core fixture on the top.
Back-installed electric box design improves the whole shock resistance performance and stability, reduces the electronic fault.
Wheel gear lateral plate structure and constant overturn torque makes tools work well. Cylinder's service life is longe because the lateral cylinder piston rod does not skew.
