Product Introduction
The dry furnace is also called dry well, dry well furnace, dry metering furnace, temperature metering furnace, temperature calibrator, dry temperature calibration furnace. The dry furnace is a very traditional on-site heat source (temperature field) that is easy to carry, has a fast heating and cooling speed, and uses a high-stability temperature controller. The test temperature range is: -100℃—40℃, and the heat sink is made of alloy material with good thermal conductivity. It is technically synchronized with advanced technologies at home and abroad, and is at an advanced level in terms of insertion depth, horizontal temperature field, vertical temperature field and other technologies. It is used within the required temperature range and is widely used in pharmaceuticals (GMP wet heat miejun, dry heat miejun), machinery, ships, chemicals, biological products, power plant substations, steel mills, measurement and testing, scientific research and other industries that require on-site temperature calibration.
Product Function
The dry block can provide a stable, uniform and accurate temperature environment (temperature field), providing performance similar to that of a thermostatic bath (liquid bath), but the dry oven is easy to carry and does not require liquid. The dry oven reaches the predetermined temperature point and the temperature stabilization time is 5 to 10 times faster than the thermostatic bath, which can greatly save the time of the calibrator and improve the temperature verification speed. The portability of the dry oven enables it to be calibrated on site, thus solving the difficulty of transporting the thermostatic bath.
The dry block can be used to easily calibrate temperature sensors, mercury thermometers, expansion thermometers, thermocouples, thermal resistors, and other temperature sensors.
