The General description of soybean solvent extraction plant:

Soybean solvent extraction plant（/SOLUTION/soybean-oil-extraction-plant-240.html） is one part of soybena oil production line, it mainly used to extract soybean oil from soybean cake. After soybena oil solvent extraction process, the oil residual rate will less than 1%.

It is used to process soybean ,finally get refined soybean oil, there are mainly 3 production line : soybean pretreatment  plant ,soybean solvent extraction plant and soybean oil refinery plant

1.The general description of soybean pretreatment plant :

Soybean pretreatment plant is the basic process of , soybean oil processing plant  is mainly to remove impurities in soybean, regulate moisture and temperature of soybean, and break soybean into small particles to change soybean molecular structure, etc, which is good for the following process in solvent extraction workshop. After soybean oil pretreatment & prepressing machine, we can get soybean cake. Soybean cake can go to the following soybean oil solvent extraction plant.

Soybean→cleaning→stones removal→magnetic selection→crushing→softening→flaking→drying→to solvent extraction workshop

2. The general description of soybean solvent extraction plant 

It is a process to use chemcial solvent n-hexane to extract soybean oil from processed soybean. By using the extraction way, the oil residue will be lower than 1% .and meal is more suitable for animal feed 

The main process: Solvent extraction system--D.T.D.C system --Condenser system--recovery system

The function of the main equipment:

(1) Solvent pumps: continuously spray solvent to the rotary-type extractor;
(2)Roary extractor: Spray and soak the pre-pressed cake with solvent so that oil fats can be dissolved in solvent(form miscella). After processing, you can get wet meal and miscella (mixed oil).
(3)DTDC: usd to separate the solvent from the wet meal.
(4)Miscella tank 1st: pump the miscella (oil with solvent) in to the miscella 1st , and then add 10% saline water to it. The phospholipid and impurities in the miscella will react with the saline wter, at last the reactant precipitate, reaching the goal of purifying.
(5)Miscella tank 2nd: the purified miscella will be pumped into it.
(6)Miscella stripping: it will remove the remaining solvent in miscella. And the solvent will be discharged to condenser for recycling.
(7)Condensers: used to cooling the solvent gas separated from the wet meal and miscella for recycling.

3.The general description of soybean oil refinery plant 

It is a process to refine crude soybean oil ,and get refined soybean oil for cooking . During the soybean oil refinery process（/PRODUCTS/Oil_Refining_Process/soybean_oil_refinery_machine_79.html）, harmful impurities such as gum, FFA ,pigment ,odor will be removed . The mainly process is degumming, neutralization, decolorization, deodorization .

Packing: Our cooking oil machines,  power distribution cabinet and motors, reducers,  flanges, meters, valves,etc.all adopt wooden case packing.
For all machines, after sand blasting and rust protection, also use film to keep cleaning before delivery, also fixing treatment to prevent rolling and collision.
