316 SS mesh for filtration of liquid sulfur
316 SS mesh are widely used in processing of Petrochemical industry, for sorting and screening of solid,
liquid and gas in mine, metallurgy, airspace and machine making etc.
Application for filtration of sulfur:
·State: Liquid
·Temperature :135 to 150 °C
· Ash: 0.10 to 0.20%
·Bitumen: 0.015 to 0.025%
·Acidity: 0.015 to 0.025%
Moisture : 0.05 to 0.08%
·Service pressure: 4 to 5 bar
316 is marine grade stainless steel. 316 SS has excellent corrosion resistance, and in particular,
performs well in its ability to resist pitting and crevice corrosion in warm chloride environments.
The inclusion of molybdenum (Mo) is a major factor for the improved corrosion resistance.
316 stainless steel is heat resistant and has good oxidation resist resistance to a temperature below 427℃temperature.
