Our CNC Router is suitable for Acryli, PVC, MDF, Artificial Stone, Plexi-glass, Plastic, Aluminum as well as other soft metal plate.
Q1: How can I get suitable machine?
A: First: Please tell us what's your max working area (L*W*H),
Second: Please tell us what material will be engraved or cutted?
Third: Pls tell us what kind of product do you want to get after engraved? Flat or 3D?
Those three answers will help us choice suitable CNC Router for you.
Q2: What is your warranty?
A: We guarantee the quality of machine within 12 months. But for main spindle, it is 6 months. After one year, if you need to change parts. We will kindly provide you the best price.
Q3: What is your delivery time?
A: It depends on what kind CNC Router you order? For 4 axis and 5 axis CNC Router, it need 30 working days. But for common CNC Router, our production time is 15 working days.
Q4: Do you have operation Manual for machine?
A: Surely we have, there have how to intall and operation machine, how to maintain machine and what place need to be notice during using our machine. We will sent CNC Router manual to you with our CNC Router machine.
Q5: If I am a newer for CNC Router, How can I operate this machine.
A: First we have detailed operation manual for CNC Router, but if you are the newer, we suggest dispatch our engineer to install and training you in your place, Or you can make a visit to our factory, then we will arrange our technicial to teach you step by step.
