• Q2: How long is your delivery time?
  A2: Generally it is 3-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 10-15 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
• Q3: How does your factory do regarding quality control? 
  A3:We have strict control in testing of raw material, production process and final process. Only qualified products can be sent out.
• Q4. What will you do if the machines have problems?
  A4:Our machine's warranty period is 12months,if the broken parts can't repair,we can send the new parts replace the broken parts freely,but you need pay the express cost yourself.If it is beyond the warranty period,we can negotiate to solve the problem,and we supply the technical support for the whole life of the equipment.
• Q5: What is your terms of payment ?
  A5: 30% TT deposit,70% balance before shippment . Deposit must be TT ,balance could accept 100% irrevocable L/C at sight .
• Q6: How long from Jinan airport to your factory ? 
  A6: About 10minutes . We could pick you up at the airport or railway station if you need.
