Machine introduction:
1. Aluminum Window Machine Aluminum Double Mitre Saw CNC Controlled Any Angle used for Aluminum, PVC and Curtain-wall profile accurate Cutting.
2. Cutting length is controlled by computer control system to locate fast and precisely.
3. The machine connected with computer, downloaded software to create processing digital, finished the CAD/CAPP/CAM.
4. Imported motor and carbide saw blade for a high quality cutting and life.
5. Hydraulic cylinder ensured the stable speed adjusting and saw blade working
6. Imported motor drove the speed reducer, thus make the angle cutting can be changed in 22.5°to 135°.
7. Imported control system which can achieve the optimization of the profile and other functions
8. Mobile cutting saw head drove by the servo motor, who has those features: high speed ,controlled by full closed loop and scale with high precision.
9. There is a saw seal device under the workbench which make sure a good clearance.
10. The machine has a movable saw cover thus keeps a safe and reliable working environment.
11. The following supporting frame with the compact structure.
12. Every head with three cylinder to clamping profile, thus make the cutting safe and reliable.
