Product Application
The machine is used for PVC window and door welding processing; it can achieve the whole welding processing individually. It features advanced technology, reliable function, and easy operation.
Main Features
1)The machine is made up of 4 machine heads, machine frame, electric control tank and material supporting fame etc. The left machine heads has horizontal moving mechanism, and move 20mm along the track with the control of the program. There are fixing mechanism, pressing mechanism, heating mechanism and head box etc. on machine head.
2)It adopts PC control, pneumatic driving and locating. The movable stand adopts non-oil lubricating bearing and linear ball bearing that make it of high precision, easy operation, and convenient maintenance. One of the machine heads can be used for welding processing with variable angles; it is also suitable for special shaped window welding like arch window.
3)The 4 machine heads can be used individually, simultaneously or combinative. It is the ideal equipment for welding processing for PVC window and door. The four machine heads can be combined at will.
