Description
Automatic glass carrying machine or automatic glass loading machine is mainly used for loading glass automatically from rack, which stands vertically, to the horizontal position. Then, the glass can be transferred on horizontal position by either cutting table or another conveyor. The automatic glass loader can know the position of the glass sheet automatically and transfer the sheet to the cutting-position by roller. Driven by X and Y axis motors, the automatic glass loading machine can adjust zero position automatically to examine glass position of two stations single loading or four stations double loading.
Features

2. All axes of the automatic glass loading machine are of high accuracy.
3. The PLC program is suitable for a number of maximum loading stations
4. The vacuum pads of this automatic glass loader can be adjusted according to the glass height.
5. The air pressure is controlled by pressure sensors. Leakage is controlled by vacuum sensors.
6. Parker automatic glass loading machine is equipped with special glass separation mechanism for loading from rack.
7. The vacuum pump and directional valves are used for glass separation process.
8. This automatic glass loader also possesses sensitive glass tilting system in order to prevent glass breaking.
