Necessary machines for making aluminum windows doors------

Cutting saw machines.Model:LJZ2-450x3700 and LJG-500 also can be installed with digital displayer.

mode:LJB-350A,SJ00-3500 and LSJ-3500 cut aluminum thinkness under 2mm.

Make all kinds of holes(for handles),grooves,slots and drainages.Punching machine LY-63 and LY-16 need

special dies according to profile.Lock hole milling and copy router machines' blades are universal,but work slower.I suggest you buy one punching machine and one copy router machine.

Corner combining(crimping) machine.Via crimping work,joint aluminum frame at 90 degree.Double corner and four corner machine are exspensive.In the production,you can buy 2 sets single corner machine.

End milling machine(for mullion).Model:LXD-200 and LXDA-200 need special cutters according to profile.Model:LXD-250 cutters are universal.

Bending machine.If you want to make arched window,bending machine is necessary.Manual type LW-100 works very slowly.Automatic type WY360A-CNC works very fast.Both machines need special moulds according to profile.

The manufacturer warranty and guarantee period will be 24 months from the buyer’s full receipt of the goods at the

 destination port. Any malfunctioned parts, those are not caused by the user,during this guarantee period will be for

 the seller’s guarantee responsibility.The seller must send the part for replacement within 5 days after receiving

 buyer’s report. If the buyer need, our engineer will fly to help to install machines,design workshop and train workers.
