The first part: Input Unit
- Conveying/transporting glass sheets to washing and drying unit.
- Automatic drives to pushes the glass into washing and drying unit automatically
- Realize the surface layer of coated glass and LOW-E glass with a sensor
Washing and Drying Unit
- stainless steel and anticorrosion material with all parts;
- Be able to wash Low-E glass;
- Three pairs of brushes, entire rubber rollers;
- Drying part guaranteed by strong blower with hot air;
- Hot water to achieve better cleaness of glass;
- Washing - drying cabinet and blower with noise reducing devices
- The speed of transport can be adjusted.
Cleaness Inspecting Unit
- Also outletting unit after glass washing and drying;
- With lighting tubes on this unit;
- Inspecting whether the glass is clean or not;
- The speed of transport can be adjusted.
Aluminum Spacer Assembly Unit
- used to load aluminum spacer bar;
- The first glass goes into the panes pressing unit first;
- Loading the spacer bar on the second glass;
- Locating blocks make the placement of spacer easier.
Panel Pressing Unit
- Press the two sheets of glass with spacer together;
- Can make step glass;
- Inputting, outputting, panel pressing, all automatically;
- Parameters can be changed easily through the touch screen;
- Press presssure can be adjusted.
- Capable of doing double and triple glazed units
Tilting Table
- Glass sheet can be tilted to horizontal position, easy for transporting or unloading.
