HLB2000P/1800P Vertical insulating glass production line (Inside assembly type)

1.The whole line is composed of glass convey part, glass washing and drying part, glass inspection and convey part,   aluminum spacer bar locating part, Assembly heat Pressing part, tilting part.

2.Insulating glass like standard glass, over length glass, coated glass, low-E glass, big and small glass, step glass, special shape glass, triple glass, etc can be produced.

3. the Washing and drying section is equipped with stainless steel to prevent any rust .special brush for  low-E or tempered glass to protect the surface film.

4.This machine adopts high pressure fan, equipped with special air knife with bigger angle others which can improve the drying effect. Multistage frequency conversion control is exclusively used, and multi-speed revolution optimization function can realize all kinds of size of glass movement.

5. There are suckers with sensor switch under each in the pressing cabinet. The glass will touch the sensor switch when coming by, then the sucker up the touched sensor switch will suck the glass. Other suckers with sensor switch not touched won’t work.
