Main specification:
- Designed both inside and outside of the tube and rod end, chamfering and face milling can be done once a uniform, rapid and accurate.
- Semi-automatic Type: artificial feed, automatic cutter speed of advance and retreat quickly, to replace parts of different sizes just to make a simple adjustment.
- Bi-chamfered: cam synchronized feed, processing, high stability, can be done simultaneously on both sides, interior angle, exterior angle and the milling face at one time, can achieve a multiple increase in output.

Question 1: What is the machine?
Answer: it is CNC metal solid bar cutting machine, or fully automatic cut off saw,
or high speed metal circular saw cutting machine, or CNC automatic cold saw etc
Question 2: What is its function?
Answer: It is a metal solid bar or rod, hollow tube or pipe, profile cutting machine,
it is used for cutting steel, stainless, copper, brass bars.
Question 3: What is its cutting methods?
Answer: it uses TCT or HSS cold circular saw blade to cut it, not uses band saw
blade, laser, plasma or other ways.
Question 4: What is its difference and advantages against band saw machine or others?
Answer:
1. High speed: it can cut off steel solid bar(50mm or 2") in 6 seconds
2. Fully automatic: automatic loading steel bars from 6 meters automatic loader,
automatic feeding steel bars into the machine, automatically clamping steel bars,
automatically cutting steel bars with anylength (length is set on touch screen),
automatically separating first and last piece.
Automatically fault detect and repair, automatically stop after finish cutting.
3. High accuracy: +/- 0.05mm, use AC servo motor to control feeding and cutting.
4. High efficiency: take steel bar (50mm or 2" diameter) as an example:
Total production=8*60*(60/6)=4800 pieces/per day(8 hours)
