Introduction:

The GT-2 Gloves Leak Detector is a leak detection device that specifically detects the integrity of gloves. It does not require any additional equipment, and the leak detection speed is fast, which reduces the number of inspection personnel and labor intensity, and improves production efficiency. The working principle of the GT-2 glove leak detector: the air is compressed by the air pump, and the compressed gas is driven into the glove through the electromagnetic valve. When the inflation pressure in the glove reaches the set value, the air pump stops working and the system begins to enter the pressure holding state. ;

The pressure holding process means that the pressure of the equipment is maintained at 1500 Pa or more within 30 seconds after the end of the inflation. That is, the glove is considered to be a qualified value, and the pressure holding curve graph is displayed on the display.
