Introduction:
HK-3020ND automatic condensation point / pour point tester is mainly used to determine the condensation point and pour point of petroleum products, in line with GB/T 510-1983 "Determination of condensation point of petroleum products" and GB/T 3535-2006 "Dump of petroleum products Point method. The instrument uses a color LCD screen display, Chinese and English menus are available, no buttons, all human-computer interaction operations are completed by the touch screen, you can easily set the oil type, oil number, item selection, oil filling method under the prompt menu Other parameters, such as accurate measurement and easy operation, are widely used in the railway, aviation, power, petroleum and scientific research sectors.
Lubricants and dark petroleum products are cooled to the maximum temperature at which the liquid surface does not move under the specified conditions, and are called the freezing point. The measurement method is to install the sample in a predetermined sample tube and cool it to the desired temperature. After tilting the tube by 45° for 1 minute, observe whether the liquid surface is moving. The minimum temperature at which an oil and petroleum product sample can be cooled when it is cooled under specified conditions is called the pour point. The method of measurement is that the sample is preheated, cooled at a specified rate, and the fluidity of the sample is checked at intervals of 3°C. Record the lowest temperature at which the sample can flow as the pour point.
