PDNX-9620 Automatic Plate Washer

Composition:

Instrument consists of the following: 1. Host  2. Fluid bottle  3. Distilled water bottle   4. waste liquid bottle

 5. 8-pin washing nozzle 6. 12-pin washing nozzle 

Requirements:

1) Clean rows: 1 rows - 12 rows can be arbitrarily set within the range;

2) Soaking time: in the 0s-3600s can be arbitrarily set within the range;

3) cycles: 1 -20 times arbitrary set;

4) Instrument can be set up and save the 100 plate washer program

5) Washing mode: It can clean ELISA plate according to the way of washing 8 holes each row ,or according to the way of washing 12 holes each row.

6) liquid injection uniformity: lotion volume of each hole uniformity: ≤ ± 5%;

7) residue: ELISA plate after plate washer lotion each hole, the average residual ≤ 2μl / hole;

8) The pipeline flushing function: The instrument has a function of flushing itself pipes

  (can be set within 0s-600s range);

9) Replace solution time can be adjusted for: can be set within 0s-600s ;

10) With vibration function: 0s-60s can be arbitrarily set within;

11) Anti-overflow feature: When the injection fluid excess, the excess lotion is automatically being sucked away, will not flow inside the instrument;

12) The function of two points pipetting: Instrument has the function of two points pipetting,  two points spacing can be adjust

13) rinse the bottom of the hole: Instrument has a hole the bottom of the rinse function

14) Liquid injection range of hole: setting in the 10 ul-3000ul range
