Introduction:

VTC-200P vacuum rotary film coating machine is suitable for surface coating process, such as semiconductor, crystal, optical disc, plate making and so on. This machine can be used for the preparation of strong acid, strong alkali film coating solution.

2 fixed sample, vacuum adsorption mode, easy operation.

3, vacuum degree, the biggest can reach 0.08 MPa.

4, use the positioning tool samples can be easily put in center position, in order to reduce the vibration caused by eccentric or fly.

5, according to the sample specification can with different suction cups, simple and easy to change.

6, motor start fast and stable, can ensure the consistency and uniformity of coating thickness.

7, the machine can be used in the glove box, but control part and vacuum pump should be placed in the box.
