YZTQ Leaf Juice Extractor

The leaf juice extractor is mainly used to extract juice from plants, such as leaves, buds, and buds. There are two special rollers:
1. Corrugated roller for slightly thicker leaves
2. Smooth roller for thin leaves
The leaves are placed in the middle of the roller, and the two rollers squeeze each other and drag in the leaves. The juice flows down the inclined shaft and can be collected from the tip of the lower roller. The droplets use a small plastic tube, especially for materials with a low juice content, and the buffering device makes it easier to collect the juice from the rollers. The buffer mixes the plant juice into a homogenous state, and the oxidation of the juice is reduced, allowing it to be stored for a longer period of time.
For safety reasons, the roller is surrounded by plexiglass, which has an inlet on the plexiglass, which also acts as a splash. A safety coupling between the roller and the motor prevents damage to the equipment when unsuitable materials are used. At the end of the extraction process, the rollers are washed with water through a special rinse nozzle. The water flow is electronically controlled and can be activated by pressing the button next to the extrusion device. The rinsing time can be adjusted by a control knob.
