N1 automatic nitrogen blow enrichment apparatus can be in large quantities (up to 50) samples were concentrated quickly. The wind blowing nitrogen gas distribution and vortex design unique, patented technology, both to ensure the uniformity of concentration and speed up the evaporation rate. Feature
1. PID temperature control, temperature control precision of + / - 1 ℃, maintain a constant water temperature.
2. The gas vortex technology, speed up the solvent evaporation, more rapid and efficient complete concentration.
3.5 gas blowing channel, each channel 10 gas blowing needle mouth, up to 50 samples at the same time.
4. Each blowing channel using electromagnetic valve, they can switch individually.
5. Unique gas distribution technology enables each needle mouth blowing flow is consistent, improve concentration parallelism.
6. Unique design of flow channel with tilting cover, effectively eliminate steam and avoid contamination on the glass cover droplet hang wall.
7. Convenient manual change the sample of the frame, with different specifications to meet customer demand.
8. The machine adopt stainless steel material, organic solvent resistance, good corrosion resistance.

Nitrogen concentration in the process of blowing, if the user directly open cover, the instrument will automatically close the gas source. Instrument open, users click on "start" button, the buzzer alarm prompt.
11. When the temperature more than set temperature 5 ℃, the instrument alarm prompt.
12. The instrument temperature 15 minutes not up to users to set temperature, instrument alarm prompt.
13. Concentrated at the end of the buzzer alarm prompt.
