Introduction
Lab full automatic bottle washing machine can be easily cleaning burette and pipette and volumetric flask, distiller, and other special shapes and manual cleaning more difficult instrument. Automatic cleaning and automatic rinsing, automatic drying, no secondary pollution can be avoided by cleaning staff to come into direct contact with contaminated glassware and organic solvent, lotion and other harmful substances, and has meet en ISO15883 standard of 93 of heat disinfection function, can avoid harmful viruses and bacteria in the cleaning staff health threat.
At the same time can be saved as the experimental personnel washing time, improve work efficiency, save the cost for the enterprise.
Recording and printing function makes the laboratory cleaning well documented and cleaning procedures to follow, has good traceability and after the completion of the cleaning can automatically print experiment data.
Divided into six times of cleaning:
1 pre wash: tap water (laboratory conditions can influent water) for cleaning, the main purpose is to wash away the residue ware;
2 wash: tap water, into the alkaline cleaning agent, the highest can be heated to 95 degrees Celsius cleaning;
3: enter into tap water, cleaning and acid cleaning agent, general cleaning temperature 45-80 degrees celsius;
4: Rinse into tap water, heating choose rinse;
5: Rinse into pure water, optional heating rinsing;
