Our advanced design overcame the phenomenon of resonance occurring at low damping rates. It was a technological breakthrough ensuring the Vibration Isolation Rate will not decrease when the damping rate is between 0.15-0.18 (Max Damping rate is 0.085 in China). . With this design, there is almost no vibration from switching on to switching off the equipment (the amplitude A=0.01mm), which takes about 1.6 seconds and Vibration Isolation Rate will be higher than 85%. The ZD Damping Spring Vibration Isolator is very easy to install and can be directly used on the ground, floor or any platform even without fixed bolts and its cost effectiveness is another reason which has made it a multi-function universal vibration isolator.
Our spring material is 60Si2Mn which has very good fatigue resistance, high strength, heavy carrying capability, and a long life expectancy.
