Product Description
Features
1. Impeller specially designed impeller, with single blade, double blade, three blade, wide flow passage, greatly improving the ability of dirt to pass, can effectively pass the fiber diameter of pump 5 times and the diameter is about 50% of the pump diameter. Solid particles. Can be selected according to the pumping medium.
2. The sealed mechanical seal is made of corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide material.
The machine seals on the original pump side and the motor side are improved to double-faced machine seals, so that the mechanical seals are in the oil chamber for a long time, which prolongs the service life of the machine seal and enables the pump to operate safely for more than 8000 hours.
3. The motor insulation grade is F grade, and the maximum working temperature is 125C. A good and effective seal gives the motor a degree of protection IPX8.
4. Cooling the built-in self-cooling system, whether the motor is on the liquid surface or under the liquid surface, can work normally. A portion of the working medium is circulated from the pump body to the heat generated by the motor between the cooling cylinder and the motor casing. If external cooling is required, the cooling jacket is separated from the pump body and connected to a separate cooling system.
5. Can be used in the full lift, and ensure that the motor is not overloaded.
6. The overall structure is compact, small in size, low in noise, convenient in maintenance, no need to build a pump room, and it can work by diving into the water.

The WQ series submersible sewage pump is mainly used for pumping sewage, wastewater and rainwater with weak corrosive solid particles and various fibrous materials and plastics. Mainly used in municipal engineering, construction sites, hotels, hospitals, civil air defense projects, mining, farmland irrigation and other industries.

Conditions of Use
1. The medium temperature does not exceed 60"C, the density is ≤1300kg/m3, and the PH value is between 5 and 9. The maximum diameter of the solid particles is not more than 1/2 of the diameter of the discharge port.
2. The pump should not be lower than the minimum water level during operation. See the pump installation dimension drawing (including automatic cooling system). The pump without internal self-flow circulating cooling system, the motor part exposed liquid level does not exceed 1/2 of itself.
3. The medium of cast iron is PH5~9.
4. Stainless steel can be used for general corrosive media
